EMS dispatch-software interface
Interoperability with the EMS medical dispatch software: an IS connector (EXOS, SIS, SYSTEL) or a secure website. The call-out request is transmitted with no re-keying and full traceability.
ATSU dispatching
The ambulance coordinator can create transports in place of EMS where needed, assign missions manually or automatically, handle primary, secondary and rendezvous requests, and access the history of every call-out.
Planning algorithm
Carrier selection follows your routing rules: vehicle position and type, prescribed lead time, required equipment, on-call rosters, and so on. Over 10 matching algorithms available.
Paperless patient report
Rubis Emergency interconnects with paperless patient-report solutions (Syopé, BPV Systel, Nomadeec, UrgSAP) to keep the call-out flowing.
Ambulance crew mobile app
The crew receives the mission on computer, tablet or smartphone: accept, decline or counter-propose a time, confirm each step and share their position (ETA), with identity checks guaranteed.
